Through the course of her +15 years career, Adeline has acquired an extensive expertise in asset management, financial structuring and M&A transactions across various infra-structure sectors. With significant experience in asset management and refinancing, she has optimized corporate organization and refinancing structure, finding solutions and creating value within complex legal and financial situations, across various sectors including digital, district heating, wastewater, and electricity distribution. Adeline is also involved in the origination, structuring and negotiation of equity investments. On greenfield side, she has lead consortia in various successful projects in France and has worked and partnered with the most relevant players in the market. Prior to joining Vauban Infrastructure Partners, Adeline worked as a lawyer at Clifford Chance, advising public authorities, investors and lenders in several landmark infrastructure transactions and as investment manager within Colas SA in transportation projects throughout Europe and Africa.

Adeline holds a Master degree in Droit Public de l'Economie, at University Panthéon Assas. She's also a Magistère Droit Public des Affaires, from University Jean Moulin and Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris.
