Head of Luxembourg Operations - Partner

Alexis is Head of Operations (Luxembourg) and managing our Luxembourg subsidiary, Vauban Infrastructure Luxembourg.

bio

He will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of our operations structured through our Luxembourg investment platform, covering regulatory, compliance, corporate, accounting and tax matters as well as governance responsibilities. Prior to joining us and for almost 10 years, he used to work for leading fund and corporate services providers (Alter Domus, TMF Group) and built a strong knowledge of the Luxembourg alternative investment framework, focusing mainly on private equity and real estate / infrastructure mandates.
