bio

Antoine joined Vauban Infrastructure Partners as in-house counsel on transactions in 2020 before moving to the investment team in 2024. During his first 4 years in the legal team, he participated in all legal aspects of transactions alongside the investment teams on transactions in various sectors and geographies, such as Coriance (District Heating in France), Bluevia (FttH rural deployment in Spain), Boreal (ferry operator in Norway), enabling him to acquire in-depth knowledge of contractual and legal structuring. In 2024, he joined Vauban's investment team, where he notably played a key role in the execution of the first Vauban investment in the biomethane sector in the Netherlands.

Antoine holds 3 master’s degrees, one MSc Finance degree (Grenoble Ecole de Management), a Project Finance and Structured Finance degree (University of Paris X Nanterre) and in financial law (Paris Dauphine University).
