Augustin has over 10 years of experience in the legal structuring and lifecycle of investment funds. Before joining Vauban Infrastructure Partners, Augustin spent five years as a lawyer in Anglo-Saxon law firms, where he advised clients on a range of private fund-related matters across asset classes (private equity, real estate, private debt, etc.) He also worked at Natixis Assurances, where he was responsible for the legal aspects of investments across a wide range of underlying assets, including investment funds.

academic background

Augustin holds a Master's degree in financial law from Paris Dauphine University and a LLM in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Glasgow. He also holds the French Certificat d’aptitude à la profession d’avocat (CAPA), which qualifies him to practice law in France.
