Céline joined Vauban in 2015 and has more than [20] years of experience acting as a senior legal counsel in French public sector contracts (Public Procurement and Public Private Partnership (PPP)), commercial contracts, financial contracts and corporate documentation.

Prior to joining Vauban, Céline worked as lead legal counsel PPP - Large Projects for Alcatel-Lucent International (now Nokia), where she was responsible for all legal and contractual services for commercial and operational teams of the Strategic Industries Direction and legal director of CIBAIR SPV. She has also worked as lead counsel / chief of public sector contract and PPP Unit for SNCF Réseau (formerly Réseau Ferré de France). Prior to that she was legal head of Construction and Development Direction at Autoroutes du Sud de la France Group (Vinci Group).
