bio

With over 25 years of experience, Christelle has strong expertise in PPP and concession transactions across various sectors, including transportation, social infrastructure, and telecommunications. She has been involved at the board level in all key milestones of managing and structuring infrastructure funds, including the origination, negotiation, and execution of equity investments. She has worked on various greenfield projects in France and has also managed brownfield acquisition deals across Europe (France, Italy, Portugal, and Germany) in the social, transportation, and energy transition sectors. Additionally, she has led several value-creation initiatives across asset portfolios, such as concession extensions, refinancings, and additional investments, as well as decarbonization initiatives. Christelle has a strong network of counterparties across Europe to source opportunities. Before joining Vauban Infrastructure Partners, she worked in both London and Paris in the fixed-income markets and risk management. She supervised a team of buy-side credit analysts and worked as a fixed-income asset manager (bonds, credit, and covered bonds) at Amundi and within the Natixis Investment Managers group.
