Investment Vice President

Mokhtar is a Vice President on the Infrastructure Funds team. Mokhtar is actively involved in greenfield and brownfield transactions across sectors in several European countries. He also sits on the Board of several companies as an asset manager.

Prior to joining Vauban Infrastructure Partners in November 2020, Mokhtar spent 4 years at Société Générale CIB, working within the M&A team in Paris, where he worked as an advisor for European Infrastructure Funds and Corporates, developing a deep knowledge of the global sector including Power & Renewables and Telecommunications. During his 4 years at the Investment Bank, he acquired a strong valuation modelling skills as well as process management.

Mokhtar holds a Masters degree in Finance and a MSc (Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering) from Paris-Dauphine University.
