Lois has developed a deep experience in corporate matters of regulated asset managers and their assets in a complex regulatory environment.

bio

Before joining Vauban IP, Lois worked at Lyxor Asset Management in Paris on long-term core acquisition projects of the firm as a regulated entity. Prior to this, she spent three years in Luxembourg where she built experience in M&A-corporate set ups for various international private equity firms.

Lois is graduated from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in the double diploma DJCE – Juriste d’Affaires (Business Law).
