Marine joined Vauban Infrastructure Partners in 2016 and has been instrumental in managing over €1.6 billion in equity commitments across a dozen of major infrastructure projects. With significant experience in asset management, she has excelled in optimizing operational performance, navigating complex legal and financial challenges, and driving value creation across sectors including transport, healthcare, leisure, wastewater, and renewable energy. Her greenfield expertise is exemplified by the successful structuring and execution of projects such as a wastewater treatment plant and a touristic train, which required intricate financial, contractual, and operational skills. Marine also played a pivotal role in high-profile transactions like Hermes & Zagreb Airports, SnowLion (wind farms portfolio), Indigo Group (car parks operator worldwide leader), and Coriance, one of France’s largest district heating company. Marine’s career foundations were built at KPMG Corporate Finance, where she advised on global infrastructure projects, and at Aéroports de Paris, where she developed strategic business plans. At Vauban, she further distinguished herself by creating an asset management task force to share best practices and enhance portfolio performance across the team.
