bio

Maxime has more than 16 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, including over 8 years at Vauban Infrastructure Partners, where he has primarily focused on brownfield investments and asset management in the mobility, digital, and social PPP sectors (Alis, Locomotive, Axione, Trooli, Arema, Aton…) across multiple countries (France, Spain, England, Italy). Maxime has a particularly strong background in asset management, thanks to his first 8 years of experience within the Bouygues Construction Concessions Department, where he ultimately became CFO of the department as well as a key asset manager (serving as CFO and CFO/CEO of ALIS). He has delivered substantial value creation across many assets, both financially and operationally, leading to increased returns and/or risk mitigation through strategies such as refinancing, internalization of operations, and outsourcing.
