Pierre-Gilles is a Senior Vice President and Partner at Vauban Infrastructure Partners. He joined the team in 2014 and has worked on numerous French and European PPP transactions over the years, including the origination and closing of both greenfield and brownfield projects. He is particularly involved in the development of the Italian market. Pierre-Gilles has participated in transactions across various sectors, such as transportation, energy, and social infrastructure. He is also actively engaged in asset management and in creating value for investors. He has developed strong expertise in asset management, as well as in the financial and legal structuring of availability-based PPP and concession deals. Prior to joining Vauban Infrastructure Partners, Pierre-Gilles worked at the private equity firm Siparex Sigefi Ventures and as a credit analyst at Banque Publique d’Investissement.
