Rothman joined Vauban in 2021 as an ESG Officer, after 5 years of Responsible Investment experience, notably as an ESG Private Equity Analyst (PAI Partners), and then as Strategy Consultant specializing in these topics for the financial industry (PwC).

These experiences gave him exposure to multiple deals from issuers of various sizes, sectors and geographies, including the energy, industrial and agri-food sectors. In addition, he supported and advised various private equity funds, asset managers, and banks in the definition of their responsible investment strategies or the implementation of dedicated frameworks for ESG analysis.

academic background

Prior to these experiences, Rothman completed internships in the field of Responsible Investment, first at Amundi as ESG Product Specialist working Thematic and French Solidarity funds, and then at Edmond de Rothschild AM as Assistant ESG fund Manager for a European Equity fund.
