bio

Sam Léa has +19 years’ experience in asset management, financial structuring and capital markets. Prior to joining Vauban Infrastructure Partners, she worked within Natixis Environnement & Infrastructures as investment manager of 2 carbon funds, structuring and managing a portfolio of CDM projects in developing countries. She also acted as financial structurer within the restructuring team of Natixis where she was in charge of the restructuring transactions. She was also part of the Natixis project finance team, working on advisory and arrangement mandates for diverse transactions (greenfield or brownfield, concession or PPP contractual framework). At Vauban IP, she worked in various transactions covering several sectors (telecommunications, transportation, energy), leveraging also on her expertise in financing and capital markets to contribute to the asset value creation.
