bio

Steve has over 20 years of experience in the French public infrastructure sector, with 18 years in project financing, including three in lending. He joined Natixis in 2010 and has since been involved in numerous transactions across the transport, telecommunications, and construction sectors. Previously, Steve worked at the BPCE Group in the PPP and Complex Operations Division, where he structured and underwrote project finance senior debt. Prior to that, he was part of the finance department at SNCF Réseau, responsible for the financial analysis of projects aimed at enhancing the national rail network. He played a key role in establishing and developing Vauban Infra Fibre, driving value creation for all funds managed by Vauban, the company's majority shareholder, alongside GIC and Predica. Today, Vauban Infra Fibre is the largest independent operator of fibre assets in France, managing over 13 million connectable lines. Steve currently sits on the board of six companies and is an active member of the French Institute of Board Directors (IFA).

Steve is a graduate of HEC Paris (MSc in International Finance) and holds a degree in Acoustics and Physics from the University of Pierre and Marie Curie.
