bio

Vincent leads transactions from origination to closing and manages equity investments in infrastructure projects and corporates. Vincent has acquired a strong experience in leading the structuring, negotiating and closing for both greenfield and brownfield transactions on the European market. He coordinates all the activities related to the equity investment, actively participates in the development of new funds, and assisted in setting-up the Vauban ESG methodology. Vincent has developed a robust track record within a broad range of infrastructure sectors and a solid network covering the most relevant financial and industrial players. Since joining the Investment team in 2010, Vincent has closed over 15 transactions and is an active Board Member for key companies within the Vauban Infrastructure Partners Funds portfolio, notably Proxiserve, Paprec and Portuguese Highways. He strongly contributes to create value on these assets through optimized refinancings, business development and operational improvements hand in hand with portfolio companies’ management. Before joining Vauban Infrastructure Partners, Vincent worked for the French Export Credit Agency, financing large international projects in the energy and telecom sectors.

Vincent holds a MSC in Management from ESSEC Business Schools and a Master degree in Business Law from Université of Paris II - Panthéon Assas.
