Vincent has over 25 years of legal experience within infrastructure sector through different experiences in investments funds and banking. He has overall responsibilities on legal matters relating to the activities of the management company and the infrastructure funds.

With his team, he supervises various issues across a number of areas including all transactions performed by the funds, portfolio management, relationships with authorities/regulators and law firms, fund structuring and fundraising. He also implements procedures and develops templates and practices. Vincent has acquired an extensive knowledge of infrastructure projects and has deep experience of financing and investing in infrastructure assets. He has worked on a number of landmark transactions, including Tube Lines, Metronet and Skynet PFIs in the 2000s and then continued to develop his knowledge through a number a greenfield and brownfield equity investments in various sectors. Prior to joining Vauban Infrastructure Partners, Vincent worked as legal counsel for a corporate and investment bank (for both Paris and London offices) for 4 years on various structured financial transactions (including project finance) and then 5 years in structuring and arranging European infrastructure project financing and PPP.
