bio

Zoe is a Senior Vice President and Partner at Vauban Infrastructure Partners and is involved in deal origination, execution and asset management, particularly in the energy transition, energy, and utilities spaces. Since 2012, Zoe has developed a comprehensive experience in structuring and executing greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects. With Vauban, she is involved in originating and executing equity investments, including innovative acquisitions such as the leading private operator of marinas in France and Vauban’s first investment in the biomethane space.Zoe is actively involved in asset management and delivers value creation strategies including business development, refinancings, and execution of targeted growth investments. Prior to joining Vauban Infrastructure Partners, she was a manager in the Public & Project Finance team at PwC in Paris, providing financial advisory services to both private and public parties throughout Europe and Africa. Zoe also spent 2 years with the Project Finance team at Veolia in Hong Kong, where she was responsible for the financial structuring of development projects (both greenfield and acquisitions) in the waste, water and energy sectors across Asia.
